Q.Is this legal advice?
No. Trademark results are preliminary screening. Before you file or launch, have a qualified trademark attorney clear the name.
Q.Why do some results say Unknown?
When a registry or platform can't be reached, rate-limits us, or doesn't allow automated checks, we say so. Unknown results lower the Confidence score. They never count as a pass.
Q.Why don't you check Instagram or TikTok automatically?
Their terms don't allow automated username lookups, so we give you a direct link to check yourself, and mark the result as not verified by us.
Q.How current are the results?
Every check shows the source and the exact UTC time it ran. Domains and handles can be taken at any moment, so re-check right before you buy.
Q.Where is my data stored?
In the EU. Your shortlist is treated as confidential. Analytics only run if you allow them.
